I spoke to a technician over the phone to try and troubleshoot some problems I was having with a reverse polarity code. Nothing was working. Not soon after, Chris shows up. Does a quick diagnostic and finds my board is fried. He leaves to gather material and is back quickly to install the new board. As most might know, once you fix one problem...you find another. Chris made some quick adjustments and got me running some heat in this house so my dog doesn't freeze to death. Thanks to Eric, Doug and Chris for all that you do. And those nice people in your office, who are always so understanding and helpful.
